What we are looking for:
Experience
- 4–6+ years of hands-on paid media buying across Meta, Google, Advertorial, Affiliate and TikTok (YouTube is a plus!)
- Proven track record managing full-funnel campaigns with strong performance outcomes (certifications are a plus!)
- Excellent project management discipline; able to juggle high-volume campaigns and cross-functional requests while maintaining clear organization and timely execution
- Experience working within an agency and/or brand omni-channel environment.
Skills
- Deep platform fluency: targeting, optimization levers, audience strategies, bidding models, creative best practices.
- Strong analytical and Excel/Sheets skills; comfortable working with pivoting large data sets, dashboards and interpreting data insights
- Ability to write or iterate on ad copy and collaborate on creative strategy.
- Experience across Shopify, Channable, Amplitude and Merchant Center a plus!
- Highly detail-oriented with strong QA instincts
- Data-driven, curious, and constantly testing to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Comfortable owning decisions and working autonomously in fast-paced environments.

We’re looking for a hands-on, highly skilled Paid Media Buyer to manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply fluent in platform mechanics, passionate about test-and-learn, and excited to drive measurable growth through data-driven decision making.
You will own day-to-day execution within platforms, monitor performance rigorously, recommend and deploy experiments, and collaborate closely with our creative, analytics, and regional marketing teams. This role plays a key part in scaling acquisition and efficiency across global markets.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:
Campaign Management & Optimization
- Own hands-on campaign planning, setup, management, pacing, forecasting and optimization across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and YouTube.
- Optimize toward platform-specific and cross-channel KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, etc.).
- Execute daily and weekly performance checks, troubleshoot issues, and adjust bids, budgets, and audience strategies accordingly.
- Ensure proper campaign hygiene: naming conventions, tracking, UTM integrity, pixel health.
Testing & Innovation
- Develop and manage structured A/B testing roadmaps (creative, audience, bidding, placements, landing pages).
- Recommend new tactics based on platform best practices and performance insights.
- Identify and assess emerging ad formats, betas, and algorithm changes across all platforms.
Insights & Reporting
- Produce clear and actionable performance reporting, highlighting trends and competitor activity, learnings, and recommendations.
- Partner with our media analyst, and channel specialists to deepen measurement, including incrementality testing, attribution insights, and funnel performance.
- Maintain weekly dashboards that track performance versus goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Creative to brief new assets, inform ad copy, and share actionable creative insights.
- Partner with Growth Strategy, Brand,, and Product (Dev, eComm) teams to ensure campaigns align with broader business priorities.
- Coordinate with Data/Analytics to ensure tracking accuracy and robust measurement frameworks.
Platform Experitse & Trend Monitoring
- Stay on top of platform updates and shifting best practices across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Serve as an expert on algorithm changes, new tools, competitive opportunities, and marketplace shifts.
- Represent the team in partner conversations with Meta, Google, TikTok, and other media vendors.
