General Summary: This position is responsible for the directing a team in the development and execution of marketing initiatives to acquire and retain customers, while maximizing customer loyalty, branding, equity, revenue growth, and profitability. This position is also responsible for establishing and implementing marketing strategies. Essential Job Functions: 1. Direct tactical execution of marketing initiatives to promote the Company and its products and create demand for services and solutions. 2. Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic promotional campaigns. 3. Direct marketing team members in the development of marketing and sales programs. 4. Develop a brand strategy to support Company culture and to positively portray the Company to customers and potential customers. 5. Oversee the design of marketing efforts to attract and gain new customers and maintain existing customers. 6. Interview, hire, and counsel direct report employees. Allocate activities to marketing team. Ensure that responsibilities and accountability of all subordinates are defined and understood. 7. Plan and implement marketing programs utilizing various media. 8. Direct analysis of customer behavior and results of marketing campaigns. 9. Oversee market research and trend analysis execution by the Marketing team. 10. Identify and maximize marketing opportunities. Develop strategies to promote initiatives. 11. Oversee the preparation of short- and long-term budgets based on team goals. Supportive Job Functions: 1. Counsel management on effective marketing strategies. 2. Proven conceptual and design abilities. 8. Ability to understand Company strategies and apply those strategies to marketing efforts. Education, Experience, and Certification: 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. 2. 10 to 12 years of related experience is required. 3. Previous experience in marketing management is required.
