Senior Marketing Executive, EMEA
About the role
As Senior Marketing Executive, EMEA, you will support marketing activities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will help create and execute engagement strategies that nurture client and partner relationships and drive growth throughout the lifecycle.
Working closely with sales, business solutions, partnerships and account teams, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to deliver targeted engagement programmes that improve retention, encourage upsell opportunities and strengthen long-term partnerships. You’ll also play a key role in developing compelling content and insights that demonstrate the value of Collinson.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the planning and delivery of regional marketing initiatives aligned with strategic business objectives
- Contribute to marketing plans and develop channel-specific strategies and briefs to drive engagement, retention and growth
- Plan and deliver targeted multi-channel engagement programmes to nurture existing clients and partners and support upsell opportunities
- Manage the planning, production and delivery of marketing activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Lead the execution of the monthly client newsletter, including content optimisation and A/B testing
- Deliver B2B email communications using Salesforce / Pardot / SF Marketing Engagement to support campaigns, product launches, operational communications and go-to-market strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and in-house studios to deliver high-quality content and campaigns
- Compile monthly reports on marketing performance and engagement metrics
- Coordinate activity across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and maintaining a rolling engagement calendar
- Lead the evaluation of events, sponsorships, awards and partnerships
- Manage branded merchandise to support client meetings, hospitality, gifting and events
- Support budget management, including raising purchase orders and tracking spend
What you’ll bring
- At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with proven B2B marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- A collaborative, proactive and creative mindset
- Ambition and enthusiasm for building a career in marketing
