Role Highlights
- Lead The Australian Ballet’s 1-to-1 marketing and CRM capability
- Drive digital optimisation across email, web and analytics
- Play a key role in delivering customer experience, revenue and engagement outcomes
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and manage the 1-to-1 marketing schedule and content calendar, coordinating workflows through Monday.com
- Plan, develop and deploy personalised, automated and dynamic email and SMS campaigns to drive revenue, retention and engagement
- Lead segmentation, audience targeting and data activation, including providing first-party data for paid media activity
- Act as the technical lead for our email platform — troubleshooting, supporting users, testing and ensuring best practice
- Produce campaign reporting, insights and dashboards across email and web channels
- Support website content updates, troubleshooting and optimisation, ensuring an accurate, accessible and on-brand digital presence
- Collaborate with Campaign, Brand & Content, CRM and Analytics teams to enhance journeys, tagging, SEO and conversion performance
- Contribute to digital workflow improvements, system enhancements and cross-team planning
What experience you’ll need:
- 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on email, CRM and web content management
- Proven end-to-end experience with 1-to-1 marketing campaigns, automation and personalisation
- Confident working with CRM platforms, data-driven targeting, segmentation and consent management
- Strong technical capability with marketing automation platforms (Acoustic experience highly regarded)
- Competency with CMS platforms (Craft CMS experience highly advantageous) and digital asset management
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and stakeholder management
- Relevant qualifications and/or experience in marketing, communications or digital
