The Opportunity
We’re looking for a skilled Marketing Production Coordinator to manage the flow of marketing projects from concept to completion. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, perfect for someone ready to hit the ground running. You’ll ensure timelines are met, resources aligned, and content delivered on time and on brand. From coordinating internal teams to managing agency and supplier relationships, this is a role where your project management nous and calm under pressure will shine.
Key Focus Areas
- Be the operational driver of our Marketing Production team, coordinating briefs, workflows, deadlines and deliverables.
- Facilitate stand-ups, manage schedules, and escalate blockers to keep campaigns moving smoothly.
- Collaborate across creative, digital, content, print and mail-house partners to deliver compelling campaigns.
- Ensure quality control across production outputs and continuous improvement in our processes.
- Champion the use of StoryHub to organise and share creative assets across the organisation.
- The individual in this role functions as the champion for World Vision’s Story Hub tool, with responsibility for the resizing, sourcing, and archiving of video and photographic assets. They act as the primary liaison for all enquiries related to content usage protocols, sourcing best practice, and compliance with child-safeguarding policies.

About You
You’re an experienced coordinator or traffic/project manager with
- 3+ years in a marketing or production environment, ideally in agency or in-house settings.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing production timelines, creative briefs, vendors, and print deliverables.
- Confidence working with stakeholders to manage expectations and influence better briefing.
- Calm, positive communication style – even when deadlines are tight.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Wrike, or Asana is a plus.
- Familiarity with video or content storage using tools such as Media Encoder, archiving and digital asset management will be a plus.
- A heart for mission-driven work and an interest in the non-profit sector.
