Job Description
Reporting to the TWS Social Strategy Lead, this role is responsible for evolving and implementing our Social Strategy for The Warehouse and Warehouse Stationery and ensuring our content and our creators align with our strategy.
This role is fully immersed across all social platforms and understands how creators and prosumers work to drive engagement from our customers & potential audiences. The role will combine hands-on content creation with agency collaboration to activate & implement our social strategy end-to-end, supporting new products, category strategies, community engagement and proactive content to build our brands. You've heard the cliche but we mean it in the best ways possible - no two days will be the same!
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for improving effectiveness and engagement of campaigns, influencers, content and brand messages across social platforms.
- Ensure our organic social content and our creators (influencers) are engaging and on brand and aligns with wider activity.
- Plan, create/script, brief and schedule content for our organic social media channels in line with the Social Strategy.
- Drive our community engagement and social channel engagement with intent to drive brand metrics and market share growth.
- Aligned to the Brand Framework, ensure the personality of our brands remains consistent and clear across channels and moderation.
- Managing any day-to-day administrative tasks for social including reporting, managing budget requirements and dispatching prizes for social competitions.
Qualifications
On our wishlist:
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in a related role across organic social platforms.
- Competency across social platforms, tools & analytics, including Meta, Instagram, TikTok to name the few
- Experience in creating content and editing on platforms like CapCut.
- Experience working with influencers/content creators.
- Excellent communication and organisation.
- Work collaboratively and effectively managing and across a range of internal stakeholders and external partners
- Managing budgets and timelines
