At Gecko, we believe that spas have the power to help people feel good every single day. Our mission is to make the spa experience simpler, smarter, and more enjoyable—for users, spa owners, and our partners alike.
Our mobile app (SaaS) is at the heart of our strategy and our brand promise.
Launched in March 2025, the app already has several thousand active users—and every month, thousands more are joining. We’re now ready to welcome a Growth Marketing Specialist who will take this to the next level: showcasing the app’s real benefits, helping users onboard effortlessly, and turning them into long-term engaged customers.
In this role, you'll touch everything that brings the app to life: website, content, social media, marketing automation, and data analysis. Your guiding objective: make the spa experience better, simpler, and more seamless for tens of thousands of users.
Key Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and optimize email and marketing automation campaigns.
- Design or coordinate conversion tools: landing pages, calculators, bundled offers, simple value propositions.
- Define and A/B test offers and promotions aligned with user needs and business priorities.
- Analyze conversion data and maintain dashboards to inform and inspire the product roadmap.
- Maintain and enrich a conversion playbook: what works, for whom, and in which context.
Qualifications
- Experience in mobile app or SaaS marketing, with a strong understanding of real-world user needs; experience in IoT or freemium contexts is a plus.
- Genuine interest in customer experience and the wellness ecosystem—especially mobile apps. In other words, you probably have Strava on your phone and know who Wim Hof is.

- Fully bilingual in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Growth mindset: you love testing ideas, learning fast, iterating, and keeping track of what works so it can be replicated—better.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: you take ownership of your projects, focus on impact over fluff, and stay close to the field (users, partners, colleagues).
- University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
What We Offer
- A stimulating experience within a tight-knit and ambitious team.
- A work environment where initiative and creativity are truly valued.
