Arcis Golf is excited to announce we are now seeking to hire a Director of Demand Generation to join our corporate team.
The Director of Demand Generation will drive pipeline growth and support revenue operations across marketing, sales, and customer success using HubSpot’s CRM and automation tools. You’ll manage omnichannel campaigns, optimize workflows, and enhance lead nurturing, deal velocity, and retention. This role oversees demand generation for an assigned group of clubs, focusing on membership, subscription, tee times, private events and tournaments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead digital marketing efforts, including websites, landing pages, and microsites, to boost digital presence.
· Execute email and SMS marketing campaigns, including segmentation, deployment, and tracking.
· Develop workflows, automations, and strategies aligned with demand goals.
· Ensure seamless integration with SDRs for lead conversion.
· Preference for HubSpot administration experience, including CRM management and automation.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years in demand generation or RevOps, with strong HubSpot administration skills.
· Proven expertise in campaign management, workflow creation, and CRM optimization.
· Strong project management and collaboration skills, with experience in the leisure or fitness industries.
