The role
We are looking for a collaborative, communicative, and adaptable Marketing Project Manager who will support the execution of retail marketing campaigns. This person will also help shape and refine our campaign processes as we continue to scale our store network across Australia. This role is offered as a 9-month fixed-term opportunity with potential for longer term opportunities in a fast-growing business.
In this exciting role, you will play a key role in a small and dynamic team responsible helping to shape in-store customer marketing experiences at Australia’s most loved convenience retailer. Your day-to-day will involve working closely with internal teams and supplier partners to deliver new in-store marketing experiences, product launches and promotions, while also optimising processes and tools to effectively engage the plan with store teams.
(Note: This is a project management and in-store execution role; it does not involve advertising creative development or paid media.)
Key responsibilities
- Play a key role in the execution of retail marketing campaigns and in-store POS, collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan and execute promotions.
- Support ongoing improvements to the processes that enable in-store retail marketing campaigns.
- Enhance and streamline marketing campaign communications to store teams.
Skills and Experience
- Extensive experience in retail print production management, retail marketing communications, marketing project management, or marketing operations.
- Experience in retail marketing within a major retailer is highly desirable.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail—this role requires deep involvement in the detail.
- A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proven communication skills, stakeholder management capability and strong solutions-mindset.
