As our Digital Content Specialist, you’ll own our tone of voice and craft content that connects with Gen Z and Millennials, turning complex ideas into clear, engaging experiences. In this role, you’ll work in a small, agile team that thrives on curiosity, creativity, and a test-and-learn approach. This is a 12-month max-term full-time role based in Gadigal Country (Darling Park 2, Sydney), Naarm (Melbourne) or Meanjin (Brisbane).
What You'll Do
- Ownership of the ROLLiN’ brand tone of voice. Ensure our content is aligned at every touch point.
- Write, edit, and optimise content across customer-facing touch points including marketing campaigns, website content, blog content, customer comms, social, app experiences.
- Lead on the ROLLiN’ content plan. Translate complex insurance topics into plain English that’s clear, persuasive, and customer-first.
- Managing content for PR and DigiPR campaigns and work closely with internal and external PR teams.
- Collaborate with our SEO and GEO agency to deliver high-performing, search-optimised content.
- Develop personalised and behaviourally driven content for seamless customer journeys.
- Ensure brand tone and consistency across all digital channels for a unified experience.
- Partner with product, tech, and marketing teams to deliver content that drives growth.
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years’ experience creating digital content for consumer brands, ideally for Gen Z and Millennial audiences.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a knack for storytelling and clarity.
- Ability to work collaboratively and confidently lead content conversations with stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality, engaging experiences.
- Understanding of cultural trends and behaviours in the 25–34 demographic.
- Degree in communications, journalism, marketing or equivalent experience.
