JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Paid Social Specialist will own the strategic direction, execution, and performance of Google Ads campaigns for a portfolio of dental clients. You’ll be responsible for setting launch strategies, guiding request management, leading proactive account audits, and preparing for and attending client reporting calls. This role combines tactical expertise with client communication and cross-departmental collaboration, making it a critical position on the paid media team.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Launch Strategy
- Define the strategic approach for new social ad launches, including market and competitor research, campaign angle and offer development, and budget planning.
- Prepare kickoff slides and strategy briefs, and join pre-launch prep calls with CSMs and service teams to align on launch direction.
Request Management
- Manage requests created for internal teams (e.g., CRM fixes, workflow updates, landing page updates, account verification requests).
- Coordinate with CSMs to gather client assets, submit requests, follow up, and QA final deliverables.
Reporting & Auditing
- Conduct proactive audits of active accounts to evaluate campaign performance, offer alignment, and user experience across the funnel.
- Review remarketing account performance and implement optimizations for in-house accounts not managed by external vendors.
- Review monthly social ads reports, identify trends, flag issues, and recommend improvements.
Client Calls & Preparation
- Prepare for client reporting and escalation calls by consolidating insights, reviewing metrics, and preparing decks as needed.
- Attend client calls to present findings, align on next steps, and collaborate with the CSM.
Department Collaboration
- Participate in weekly meetings with external social ads partners to review escalations, align on priorities, and share feedback.
- Attend internal meetings, including 1:1s, team meetings, and company-wide updates.
Additional Responsibilities
- Contribute to creative testing strategies, cross-departmental initiatives, and special projects as business needs evolve.

- Full-Funnel Paid Social Strategy: Deep expertise in building and optimizing campaigns across the entire funnel, with a focus on lead quality, conversion tracking, and scalable growth.
- Meta Platform Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, including audience segmentation, detailed targeting, creative testing, and campaign architecture to maximize ROI. (Experience with other platforms LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest etc. a plus)
- Strategic Account Leadership – Skilled in leading client strategy, providing proactive recommendations, and aligning campaigns with business objectives.
- Analytical Problem-Solving – Strong ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make informed optimizations that drive measurable results.
- Client Communication – Confident in leading client calls, explaining complex concepts clearly, and navigating challenging conversations with professionalism.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Able to work closely with PPC Strategists, Client Success Managers, Web, and SEO teams to ensure campaign alignment and integrated marketing execution.
- Process & Quality Management – Commitment to maintaining SOPs, QA processes, and operational efficiency for consistent, high-quality campaign delivery.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience managing Meta Ads/TikTok/LinkedIn campaigns in an agency environment
- Proficiency with tracking platforms (e.g., CallRail, GoHighLevel) and conversion attribution models
- Experience with Meta Pixel setup and conversion tracking best practices
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) for day-to-day collaboration and reporting
- Familiarity with design and creative tools such as Canva, Creatopy, Munch, CapCut or similar
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
