Description
What You’ll Do:
- Own the Social Media Experience: Manage all Lucas Oil Speedway social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.) and keep fans connected.
- Create Buzz Before the Green Flag Drops: Post mid-week content promoting upcoming events using provided graphics and info—plus your own creative flair.
- Be Trackside on Race Nights:
- Capture and share real-time photos, videos, and updates from the pits to the podium.
- Post race results and highlights as the action unfolds.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work directly with the GM and Marketing Director to execute campaigns and maintain consistent messaging.
- Engage with Fans: Respond to comments and messages and keep the conversation going online.
- Track Performance: Monitor engagement and help us grow our digital reach.

Requirements
Passion for working in a fast-paced environment and staying on top of social media trends.
Strong writing and creative skills.
Ability to work evenings and weekends during race \season.
Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
Previous social media experience preferred but not required.
