The Project Coordinator supports campaign delivery for the paid media team. You will coordinate campaign setup, track timelines and budgets, and keep stakeholders aligned across creative, analytics, and account teams. This is an early-career, hands-on role that requires strong organization, clear communication, and a basic understanding of paid media workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with assigned stakeholders and clients to ensure paid-media deliverables are high quality, on time, and within budget.
- Assist paid media team members in the development and execution of campaign project plans.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of paid media projects, including tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and resolving issues.
- Gather and document campaign requirements, creative specs, and tracking needs.
- Create and manage project schedules, launch checklists, and budgets.
- Facilitate project meetings, pre-launch reviews, and client presentations.
- Identify project risks and manage issue resolution and escalation.
- Provide operational support to clients, internal teams, and external vendors for asset delivery, QA, and trafficking.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, project management, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience supporting project work, marketing operations, or paid media.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Bonus Qualifications:
- Paid media experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs).
- Web development or tracking experience (UTMs, pixels, tag management).
- Agency experience.
