Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution (Primary Focus)
- Develop a content strategy and posting calendar aligned with firm branding, community initiatives, and marketing KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, follower growth, etc.)
- Create and publish daily/weekly content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Capture high-quality video footage and photos at firm events, community activities, client stories, attorney features, and behind-the-scenes moments
- Edit and produce branded short-form videos, reels, stories, and graphics
- Monitor comment activity and follower engagement, ensuring responses are on-brand and timely
- Collaborate with the marketing director and intake/engagement teams to highlight internal culture, wins, anniversaries, and community involvement
- Identify social media trends, hooks, and opportunities to enhance brand presence
- Build relationships with local collaborators, influencers, and community partners
Content Creation & Brand Development
- Develop custom branded graphics, carousels, thumbnails, event promos, and marketing assets
- Maintain visual consistency across all digital channels using brand guidelines
- Support photography and videography needs for campaigns, testimonials, and events
Website & SEO (SEM Rush + WordPress)
- Write and publish SEO-informed blog posts, legal guides, and content pages that support organic traffic growth
- Update website pages, headers, bio sections, and landing pages using WordPress
- Use SEMrush to identify keyword opportunities, content gaps, and topics that can improve rankings
- Track organic traffic growth and assist in reporting improvements
- Optimize content for readability, search intent, and conversion
Community & Culture Storytelling
- Attend firm-sponsored events to capture stories and footage that reflect the “Get Chad” community-oriented brand
- Work with the Engagement Team to promote internal culture and showcase staff moments for social channels
- Support sponsorship activations by gathering high-quality content and storytelling assets
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management
- Strong ability to film and photograph content using smartphone or basic camera equipment
- Proficient with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator is a plus)
- Experience using WordPress and basic understanding of website content management
- Familiarity with SEMRush or similar SEO research tools
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and editing skills
- Ability to translate brand voice into engaging content
- Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred
- Experience working in legal, medical, agency, or professional services industries
- Understanding of KPIs for social media growth and organic search
- Ability to manage small video shoots and produce social-ready content
- Knowledge of Texas markets or community-based content strategies
