We’re looking for a motivated Marketing Executive to join our London-based EMEA Marketing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the early stages of their Marketing career who’s ready to step up, take ownership, and grow within a global, industry-leading organisation.
This is a semi entry level position.

Role overview
In this B2B Marketing role, you’ll support and deliver marketing initiatives that drive high-quality demand generation, create initiatives to increase client engagement and raise brand awareness. You’re a marketing generalist - working across a variety of channels and audiences, helping to shape strategies that resonate with WGSN’s global community — from designers and buyers to merchandisers and marketers.
The team
The WGSN Marketing team combines creativity with commercial insight. Spanning APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America, we use data-driven strategies and bold ideas to deliver world-class campaigns that elevate our brand and deliver measurable business results.
Key accountabilities
Campaign & Activation Execution:
- Implement integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, insights, and sales teams to deliver impactful regionally-minded go-to-market plans.
- Support content, digital, and event marketing initiatives to reach and engage target audiences.
Market-Specific Planning & Execution:
- Tailor marketing activities to align with the needs of different industry sectors and client segments.
- Develop targeted content and campaigns that resonate with professionals in the fashion, retail, and consumer product industries.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen engagement within specific markets.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Deliver ABM programmes targeting key enterprise clients and prospects.
- Partner with sales to develop personalised marketing approaches for high-value accounts.
- Monitor, analyse, and optimise ABM performance to maximise ROI.
Performance & Analysis:
- Track and analyse campaign results to assess impact and effectiveness.
- Provide regular reporting on engagement metrics, campaign performance, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to inform and enhance future marketing strategies.
Brand Support:
- Support the delivery of brand marketing initiatives to strengthen WGSN’s market position.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Contribute to PR, partnerships, and thought-leadership initiatives to build visibility.

Skills, experience & qualifications required
- Previous experience in a marketing role within a B2B or trend-led industry (e.g. insights, media, SaaS, fashion, or retail).
- You’re a doer with a strong understanding of campaign delivery, copywriting, marketing journeys and account-based marketing.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, content creation, and omnichannel campaign delivery.
- Confident communicator with excellent collaboration, organisation, and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a few years of relevant experience working as a Marketing Executive/Marketing Assistant.
- Experience in trend forecasting, consumer insights, or retail marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms.
