The Opportunity
Rex is seeking a Demand Generation Lead to drive growth across its portfolio of tech ventures. This role owns the full demand engine from messaging and outreach to landing pages, lead capture, and conversion tracking, with a mission to discover and scale messages that resonate through rapid testing and iteration. Ideal candidates have 4 to 8 years of B2B or SaaS growth marketing experience and thrive in fast-paced, data-driven environments. They will manage paid search, social, display, events, nurture campaigns, and referral programs while developing customer acquisition strategies that increase lead quality and volume. This person must be hands-on, capable of building campaigns, landing pages, CRM workflows, and analytics dashboards while optimizing conversion and cost per lead. They will collaborate directly with the executive team, including the CEO, and work closely with key stakeholders such as sales leadership, engineers, and customer success leaders to align growth strategy with product and customer insights. Success means establishing a repeatable, measurable system that produces predictable demand through creative experimentation, disciplined analysis, and a deep understanding of what converts, supported by clear metrics, KPIs, and continuous reporting. Must be a missionary to the bone, committed to Rex’s mission to catalyze human flourishing via tech. Fully remote.
The Role
The Demand Generation Lead will build and scale the marketing engine that drives qualified pipeline across Rex’s ventures. You will own the full lifecycle of demand creation, from developing messaging and campaigns to optimizing funnels and tracking performance. This includes managing paid search and social, events, referrals, and nurture programs while building systems that make growth measurable and repeatable.You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing, product, and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and creative, with the ability to turn insights into campaigns that deliver real results. You should be comfortable writing ad copy, building workflows in HubSpot, and analyzing campaign metrics.This role is for a builder who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys testing and iteration, and can turn ideas into scalable systems that fuel predictable growth and advance Rex’s mission to catalyze human flourishing through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full demand generation engine across Rex’s portfolio of ventures, from audience targeting and messaging to lead capture and conversion optimization.
- Design, launch, and scale multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, events, email nurture, and referral programs.
- Develop and continuously refine customer acquisition strategies to increase both lead quality and volume.
- Build, test, and iterate on landing pages, forms, and CTAs to improve conversion rates across the funnel.
- Manage CRM workflows, lead scoring, and nurture sequences to ensure seamless handoff between marketing and sales.
- Create and maintain analytics dashboards to track performance across channels, campaigns, and ventures.
- Lead rapid experimentation cycles to identify high-performing messages, offers, and channels.
- Partner closely with product, sales, engineering, and customer success teams to align go-to-market strategy with user insights and business goals.
- Report key metrics (CPL, MQL → SQL conversion rates, ROAS, CAC) with actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Build repeatable, scalable systems that generate predictable pipeline growth.

Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in B2B or SaaS demand generation, growth marketing, or performance marketing roles.
- Proven success developing and managing multi-channel acquisition campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong command of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and marketing automation/CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, HubSpot Reports, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to build landing pages, optimize conversion flows, and manage lead funnels end-to-end.
- Deep understanding of key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rate, CPL) and how to optimize them.
- Exceptional analytical, creative, and copywriting skills — able to translate data insights into high-impact campaigns.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and commercial teams in a fast-paced, startup environment.
