About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Commercial team and play a key role in scaling how we attract, convert, and retain customers. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Performance, you’ll lead digital campaigns and experiments that turn interest into action and help more organisations discover BoardPro. It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who loves blending data and creativity to make a real impact in a fast-growing, purpose-driven SaaS business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Run and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, SEO and content syndication to drive trial sign-ups.
- Lead conversion experiments including A/B testing on landing pages, ads and email journeys to improve trial-to-paid performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales and Data to identify and close funnel gaps from awareness through to retention.
- Develop lifecycle marketing programs to drive upgrades, renewals and advocacy from existing customers.
- Monitor and report on key growth metrics including CAC, LTV, conversion rates and payback periods.
- Manage agency partnerships to ensure performance is aligned to business goals and marketing ROI targets.
