As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a Senior SEO Manager to lead and shape organic search strategy across key clients and markets.
About the Role
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive advanced SEO strategies, manage a team of specialists, and work directly with high-profile clients to deliver measurable growth. You’ll bring deep technical SEO expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead with both strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies across technical, on-page, off-page, and content optimisation.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering growth and excellence.
- Manage client relationships and provide strategic recommendations and performance insights.
- Conduct technical audits, analyse site performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with content, SEM, CRO, and development teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.
- Oversee link-building and digital PR initiatives to build authority and visibility.
- Optimise for local and international SEO, including schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and hreflang tags.
About You
- 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale SEO campaigns and enterprise-level sites.
- Confident team leader with experience mentoring and upskilling others.
- Strong technical knowledge across site architecture, page speed, crawlability, and analytics.
- Proficient with tools such as GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in presenting to clients.
- Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for SEO best practices
- Experience with AI-driven or automation SEO tools is a plus.
