What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary liaison for the True companies, ensuring all websites are functional, accurate, up to date, and aligned with business objectives.
- Oversee the daily maintenance and regular updates of company websites and related digital assets.
- Create, implement, and optimize web content with a strong focus on SEO and search visibility.
- Uphold brand standards across all True company websites to ensure consistency in tone, style, and presentation.
- Develop and maintain a structured schedule for ongoing content updates, reviews, and audits.
- Monitor website performance, identify and resolve technical or content-related issues, and provide user support as needed.
- Train company representatives on website content management processes and best practices.
- Build and maintain the technical expertise necessary to serve as Webmaster for the True companies.
- Ensure website layouts are visually appealing, accessible, user-friendly, and consistent with brand identity.
- Create and deploy temporary or “response” websites as needed to support business initiatives.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Track and address social media complaints or issues in coordination with appropriate company representatives.
- Capture and curate original photography and content for use across digital and print platforms, including Diamond Digest.
- Engage with audiences to foster community interaction and enhance brand presence across all platforms.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
- An associate’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related business field, combined with a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in digital content management or online marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
- Proven experience in PHP development, including object-oriented programming and modern frameworks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Proficiency in Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, Bluesky, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required
- English language fluency, verbal and written.
- Acceptable results of a pre-employment background check, credit check and drug/alcohol test.
