Role Overview
As a Social Content Creator (TikTok), you will develop engaging, authentic, and brand-aligned content that supports BIOptimizers’ rebrand and strengthens its digital presence by bringing the company’s mission to life through creative storytelling across social platforms. This role is responsible for creating high-quality, on-brand social media content, the Social Content Creator contributes to brand awareness, community growth, and long-term equity in the wellness space, and will collaborate cross-functionally with the Marketing and Design Teams. The ideal candidate brings subject matter expertise and strong execution skills within a distributed, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish original photo, video, and written content optimized for each social platform, reflecting BIOptimizers’ tone, style, and visual identity.
Collaborate with the Organic Social Manager and Design team to align social content with campaign goals and brand messaging.
Stay current on social trends, platform updates, and emerging formats to keep BIOptimizers’ content fresh, relevant, and high-performing.
Maintain organized content calendars and ensure consistent posting cadence aligned with strategic priorities.
Track performance metrics and collaborate with the social team to refine creative approaches based on insights.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas that strengthen brand storytelling and community engagement.
Ensure all published content adheres to compliance and brand standards across all platforms.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience creating social media content for a consumer brand, preferably in wellness, lifestyle, or performance nutrition.
Proficiency in short-form video production (TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts), basic photo/video editing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, among others).
Strong understanding of platform-specific algorithms, engagement strategies, and audience behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent visual storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Collaborative and flexible mindset with experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Work Location
This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones.
Company Hours & Collaboration
With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
