Role Overview
The Content Manager is responsible for managing content across Business to Dealer sites using the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System. This role oversees the content request system, develops web pages, manages documents, creates web banners, analyzes data to create analytics reports and collaborates with various business teams to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
Scope of Work
- Manage content in Business to Dealer sites with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Content Management System, including:
- Manage content request system
- Develop and update pages in AEM
- Document management
- Develop banners and edit images in Adobe Photoshop
- Create mail merge/reports
- Analyze data to create analytics reports (Adobe Analytics)
- Implement asset-level security (permissions)
- Manage interactive forms (registrations, enrollments, surveys)
- Collaborate with multiple business teams to implement communications into the content management system
- Responsible for accurate, timely communication of all project status and risks
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or technical level certification
- 5+ years of experience managing content for high-volume website(s)
- Experience with Adobe AEM or equivalent Content Management System
- Aptitude for analysis and QA testing
- Knowledge of PC operating systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient with Adobe Acrobat
- Detail-oriented with strong editorial, analytical and organizational skills
- Proven customer-focused communication skills
- Able to work independently and make confident decisions, keeping communication open and making sure all members are working efficiently as a team
- Work under pressure due to tight deadlines and multiple project deliverables/demands
- Experience with file management, movement of files, security and access specific requirements
- Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or equivalent image software
- Adobe Analytics or equivalent analytics system
- Working knowledge of HTML

We are committed to pay transparency and equity. The maximum salary for this role is listed to provide insight into the top of our compensation range, which is determined by market data, internal equity, and the responsibilities of the position. The final offer may vary based on a candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications.
The maximum annual salary for this role is $80,000.00.
