What You'll Do
We're looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented Director of Marketing Operations to improve our main marketing tech stack, lead and scale programs that fuel our growth engine. You will define our marketing automation strategy (Marketo), shape integrated email and nurture programs, guide the evolution of our 6sense strategy and segmentation framework, and ensure cohesive, account-based engagement through platforms such as Sendoso.
You will work with demand gen, growth, sales, and RevOps to ensure accurate attribution, and meaningful return on investment from marketing programs.
This is a remote US-based position reporting to the VP, Marketing Operations and Growth Marketing

What Your Responsibilities Will Be
You will oversee platform architecture, campaign operations, email marketing, and system hygiene. Understand and monitor integrations with Salesforce and other GTM systems.
You will lead the execution and performance tracking of all outbound email programs (drips, nurtures, triggered sends, newsletters).
You will oversee segmentation, audience building, orchestration strategy, and usage of the platform for demand gen, SDRs, and marketing teams.
You will partner with growth, field, and sales teams to operationalize ABM using Sendoso and other outbound tools.
You will collaborate with Data Analytics, Revenue Marketing, and RevOps to ensure clean, applicable data for segmentation and reporting across the funnel.
You will build scalable processes for campaign execution, QA, compliance, and performance benchmarking.
You will manage a growing team of ops specialists and vendors.
What You'll Need to be Successful
7–10+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations or demand generation, with 3+ years in a leadership or “lead doer” role.
Expertise in Marketo (certification preferred) and hands-on experience managing marketing programs.
Experience with 6sense: segment creation, intent scoring, campaign orchestration.
Experience with ABM strategy, pipeline acceleration tactics, and outbound tools like Sendoso
Excellent collaboration skills across marketing, sales, and RevOps.
Fluency in marketing performance metrics, attribution models, and pipeline reporting.
Experience working with Salesforce CRM, and integrating martech platforms
Experience working in high-growth B2B SaaS
Familiarity with compliance best practices (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Experience with tools like LeanData, Drift, Qualified, PathFactory, ZoomInfo, or others in the B2B GTM ecosystem
Pay Range Details
The base pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be
different in other locations.
Colorado $153,300 - $252,900 (annually)
Washington $153,300 - $279,600 (annually)
California $153,300 - $306,300 (annually)
NYC $169,400 - $306,300 (annually)
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The
successful candidate’s actual salary/wage may be based on various factors, such as geographic
location, candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
This role is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance, depending on
the terms of the applicable plan and the employee’s role.
