This role sits within the firm’s Global Marketing team and reports directly to the Senior Marketing Manager for Global Campaigns. The successful candidate will be a hands-on and delivery-focused marketing professional who can produce content for campaigns, liaise with agencies and freelancers, and manage the execution of multi-channel marketing activities, including events. The role is about delivery, execution and follow-through. While this role is not responsible for the strategy of campaigns there will be an expectation to be actively involved in planning meetings and your input will be valuable. Success will come from ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, to a high standard, and with measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Channel Management
Write, adapt and publish content for a range of channels (website, email, social, events collateral, etc.).
Tailor content to specific audiences, sectors, and campaign objectives.
Repurpose and optimise content using AI tools where appropriate to drive efficiency and consistency.
Adapt centrally created content for sector- or market-specific audiences, ensuring relevance and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
Campaign Delivery
Deliver integrated global marketing campaigns end-to-end, ensuring activity is executed on time, on budget, and aligned to business priorities. Our current campaigns are Risk Quarterly and Corporate Risk Radar.
Create and manage campaign delivery plans and timelines.
Coordinate operational delivery across teams, tracking dependencies and quality standards.
Track, measure and report on campaign performance and ROI, using insights to optimise delivery.
Consolidate reporting inputs and maintain campaign calendars and trackers.
Annually review the performance of the campaigns as well as how we can improve for the following year.
Events Delivery
Coordinate the execution of marketing activity around events (in-person and virtual), including promotional content, delegate communications, logistics, and post-event follow-up.
Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with BD and sector teams (Business Development, Client Development and relevant Partners) to deliver agreed campaigns, ensuring stakeholder needs are met.
Secure buy-in by keeping stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes.
Support internal communication of campaign activities to drive visibility and engagement.
Agency, Freelancer & Supplier Management
Liaise with third-party agencies (design agency, research agency, PR agency etc) and freelancers to brief, manage and review work, ensuring outputs meet quality and deadlines.
Monitor external delivery against agreed objectives, budgets, and timelines.
Coordinate suppliers and partners to ensure campaigns and events run smoothly.
Performance & ROI
Analyse campaign performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation.
Track and report market-specific effectiveness and ROI.
Consolidate campaign data into final reports and share practical insights and feedback with teams.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Support
Support the ABM pilot by adapting content and messaging for priority clients.
Ensure alignment with client priorities and measurable objectives.
Analyse results to refine approach and inform potential expansion.
Process & Innovation
Apply AI and other digital tools to streamline processes, reduce manual effort, and improve campaign outcomes.
Maintain and update best-practice processes, toolkits, and workflows to ensure continuous improvement.
Collate market-level feedback to contribute recommendations for improving activation and delivery.
Note: The above responsibilities are not exhaustive. This is a delivery-focused role, and additional tasks may be required to support the smooth running of campaigns and events.
Core Capabilities & Experience
Proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns and activities across multiple channels.
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt tone and messaging for different formats and audiences.
Experience in coordinating marketing activity for events (online and in-person).
Hands-on experience liaising with and managing third-party agencies, freelancers and suppliers.
Familiarity with AI and digital tools to support campaign delivery and efficiency.
Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations for improving campaign outcomes.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to deliver multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills, confident in engaging with stakeholders and securing buy-in.
Expertise/ Technical role requirements:
At least 5 years experience – preferred
Professional marketing qualification (CIM) - preferred
Highly proficient in all MS Office packages - knowledge of CRM systems
