We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to own and execute a multi-channel strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and YouTube - growing audiences, engagement and a vibrant community while bringing the brand to life every single day.
This is a hands-on role with leadership moments. You’ll plan and manage the social calendar, produce content, collaborate with creators, and report on performance. Expect a blend of HQ content days, studio visits nationwide to capture authentic on-the-ground content with instructors and members, and support at events for real-time posting.
The Basics:
● Salary: £35-£40k (depending on experience)
● Working Hours: 40 hours p/w (minimum)
● Location: 2 days per week in West London office, 1-2 days travel across partner studios and 1-2 days WFH.
● Excellent work perks: including subsidised gym membership, free products, medical insurance & equity.
● Reporting to the co-founders.
The Company:
This award-winning wellness brand is redefining the world of Reformer Pilates for modern living, combining sleek design, smart engineering and feel-good movement. With rapid global growth, the brand now features in 120+ studios, commercial gyms, hotels and wellness spaces across the UK and Europe, and is set to launch a new athleisure line. A new, first-of-its-kind product has just been released, marking an exciting next chapter.
What You'll Be Doing:
Strategy & Content:
- Own the social strategy and content calendar across all major platforms
- Plan, produce and publish platform-native content (short + long-form), including shoots, UGC and creator collaborations
- Bring the brand to life through daily storytelling, trends and real-time content
Community + Growth
- Community management: daily engagement, DMs, comments, social care alignment
- Drive growth through trend mapping, hooks, thumbnails, titles, SEO (esp. YouTube), A/B testing and retention tactics
- Maintain a warm, positive and on-brand tone of voice
Creator + Campaign Management
- Manage influencers/creators: sourcing, briefing, contracting (where needed), approvals and performance tracking
- Support brand and product launches, partnerships, events and activations with real-time content capture
Reporting + Brand Governance
- Weekly analytics and KPI reporting: insights, learnings and optimisations
- Maintain asset libraries, tone-of-voice and visual guidelines for brand consistency
- Collaborate with content, product, retail/partner studios and customer experience teams
What we're looking for:
We’re after a motivated and creative individual who’s passionate about digital culture and storytelling. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, with the confidence to bring your own ideas to the table.
- 3+ years in a social-first role (brand, studio, agency or creator-side) with clear examples of audience + engagement growth
- Strong video skills: planning, filming and editing across short + long-form (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut or similar)
- Deep understanding of what performs on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube vs Facebook, Pinterest and LinkedIn
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft sharp captions and script hooks
- Confident with analytics and using data to inform decisions
- Strong people/project management skills and comfort working at pace
- Basic motion/graphics (captions, lower thirds, overlays)
- Passionate about health, fitness and wellbeing – Reformer Pilates knowledge is a bonus
Nice to haves:
- Experience with paid social coordination and whitelisting
- Familiarity with influencer platforms/CRMs and scheduling tools
