As our marketing team continues to grow, we are seeking a capable and motivated PPC Executive to help enhance our paid advertising strategy and support our ambitious growth plans.
Role Overview
We are looking for a PPC Executive with at least 2 years’ experience managing paid search campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising PPC activity across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other platforms, helping us to drive high-quality leads, improve return on investment, and support wider business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and other relevant channels
- Set up and manage other campaign types including Display, YouTube/Video, and Remarketing
- Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis
- Write clear, effective ad copy consistent with brand guidelines
- Monitor budgets, bids and daily campaign performance
- Use Google Analytics (GA4) to track, measure and optimise campaign performance
- Run experiments and implement A/B tests for ads and landing pages
- Analyse results and produce insightful, actionable reports
- Support the set-up and management of conversion tracking
- Work collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure PPC aligns with SEO, content and overall strategy
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or client side)
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong drive to take initiative
- Proven ability to plan, segment and build PPC campaigns from scratch
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Editor tools
- Confident analysing data to inform decisions and improve performance
Requirements
Essential:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing PPC campaigns (agency or client side)
- Proactive, self-motivated individual with a strong drive to take initiative
- Proven ability to plan, segment and build PPC campaigns from scratch
- Strong working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics (GA4)
- Experience using Google Ads Editor and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) Editor tools
- Confident analysing data to inform decisions and improve performance
Desirable:
- Google Ads Certification
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking
- Familiarity with other paid channels (e.g. Display, YouTube/Video, Paid Social)
- Experience using reporting tools such as GA4, Google Looker Studio etc
- Experience managing B2B campaigns
- Preferable experience with WordPress to build landing pages
