About The Role:
- As the Social Media and Creative Production Manager, you will take ownership of Enfuce’s social media presence by creating and managing a robust content calendar that reflects our vibrant brand. You will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the creative production pipeline with internal design teams and external agency partners. Your role is integral to maintaining brand consistency across all social platforms and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plan.
What You'll Bring:
- You own our social media calendar and keep it up to date and ensure all relevant assets required are collected
- You write social posts as needed following TOV guidelines and ensuring all text is channel optimised.
- You monitor comments and maintain engagement with our community
- You follow key content trends and know how to optimise our content calendar accordingly and keep a keen eye on competitor activities.
- You prepare periodic reports using various tools to generate data and can recommend actionable insights.
- You work daily with our design team to ensure all design assets for social and beyond are delivered on time and on budget.
- You create and update briefs and tickets and ensure our design team and relevant stakeholders are looped in to their design.
- You update visual asset templates as required using tools like Figma.
- You research and develop new ideas for content aligned with business goals and brand positioning.
- You re-edit video clips and channel-optimise them.
- You work closely with the wider cross-functional marketing team to ensure no opportunities for great content are missed.
- You coordinate with agencies and external suppliers for the delivery of design assets, collateral, and other deliverables relevant to the wider Enfuce Marketing Team
- You can independently manage your time between social media-related tasks, design production tasks, and any others that may come your way.
- You are the go to person for internal requests for brand assets and ensure our asset library is up to date alongside our ensign team.
- You update confluence and other internal info to ensure all creative processes and brand info is effectively shared across the business.
What You'll Bring:
- Must have experience working with B2B or Fintech audiences.
- Project management skills and understanding of tools like Jira and Trello.
- You have advanced social media knowledge and know how to grow channels and keep the algorithm happy for maximum performance.
- You have an amazing attention to detail whether spotting typos in outgoing social posts or ensuring the accuracy in a project plan.
- You love getting creative and ideating as much as you love a tightly managed and executed project.
- You have some writing experience across social media channels and blogs.
- You have strong knowledge of and can independently use graphic asset tools like Figma to update post templates and can do basic video editing.
- You have experience with other forms of content like blog posts, podcasting, or video.
- You can work day to day and create flawless English-language content.
- You have proven professional experience writing in English and writing samples.
Nice to haves:
- Social media, brand, or communications agency experience.
- An understanding of PR basics.
- Understanding of the marketing funnel and an understanding of how organic channels support marketing success.
