Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our head office team in Uxbridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing professional to play a key role in driving brand awareness, supporting occupancy growth, and enhancing our digital and offline presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote Gold Care Homes and its services.
- Manage and grow the company’s digital presence, including website content and social media channels, online directories.
- Create engaging content for online and offline marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and press releases.
- Support the planning and execution of events, open days, and community engagement initiatives across our homes.
- Monitor and report on performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the development of internal communications and staff engagement initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within healthcare, hospitality, or a service-led industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
Essential experience:
- Copywriting and proof reading
- Social media content creation
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, WordPress, Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite).
Desirable:
- Experience in the care or healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing skills.
- Marketing qualification or degree or relevant equivalent experience
