Job Summary
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will own and deliver strategic marketing plans for a portfolio of global technology vendors. Sitting at the strategic intersection of B2B and partner marketing, this role focuses on shaping and executing impactful, insight-driven campaigns that support revenue growth and market expansion. You will collaborate closely with partners, sales teams and internal creative and digital specialists to drive demand, build pipeline and demonstrate measurable ROI.
While the role includes a commercial element - presenting, aligning and securing partner marketing investment, it centres more on strategic influence, stakeholder engagement and co-creation than traditional sales. Once quarterly plans are aligned, you’ll orchestrate execution, oversee campaign performance and showcase marketing’s contribution to growth and profitability.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute end-to-end partner marketing strategies aligned to business and partner objectives
- Secure and manage partner funding, ensuring compliant and successful investment proposals
- Lead full campaign lifecycle: planning, messaging, execution and performance reporting
- Build a pipeline of demand-generation programs to support pipeline creation and sales acceleration
- Analyse campaign results, extract insight and optimise future activity for stronger ROI
- Manage funding claims and partner reporting with accuracy and timeliness
- Build strong and trusted relationships with vendor partners, sales teams and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal creative and digital teams; manage external agencies as required
- Champion marketing excellence and ensure activity contributes to business growth and profitability
What We Expect of You
- 3–5+ years in marketing, ideally in the IT channel or a B2B technology environment
- Demonstrated success building and executing multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with experience managing budgets and ROI-driven activity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior internal and external partners
- Proficiency across digital marketing, events and content initiatives
- Highly organised project manager, able to handle multiple deadlines and priorities
- Skilled communicator who can translate strategic vision into executable plans
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus
- Proactive, creative and results-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
