Overview
We are seeking a strategic and driven Product Marketing Manager with a passion for Risk and Compliance to help elevate our work in this critical space. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at leading complex cross-functional initiatives, and brings sharp strategic thinking to the table. You will play a key role in shaping and communicating proof points embedded in our internal products that align with broader company narratives on high-impact topics.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can operate independently, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate closely with internal marketing, product, and policy partners to deliver exceptional outcomes. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how products are built, the ability to dive deep into technical features, and a data-driven mindset to synthesize insights and drive alignment across stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop inbound strategies to inform product direction and go-to-market (GTM) plans, leveraging insights from regulators, competitors, and market trends
- Lead GTM planning and execution for new product features, ensuring alignment with compliance and risk narratives
- Influence long-term product roadmaps by applying audience segmentation, research, and strategic insights
- Build and maintain strong internal partnerships across Product, Insights, Data Science, Policy, Communications, and other key teams
- Resolve conflicts, build consensus, and drive alignment across diverse stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives
- Translate complex qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear, actionable recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product strategy, or a related function, with a strong track record of partnering with product management and engineering
- Experience working in large, technical organizations
- Demonstrated ability to use insights and data to shape product positioning and marketing strategy
- Proven success influencing senior stakeholders across product, partnerships, communications, and policy
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and navigate ambiguity with confidence
