100% remote role
We're seeking a motivated self-starter to develop and manage our social media and community across all platforms (mainly Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Discord/Reddit).
You'll work closely with Go-to-Market and Creative teams, as well as freelance content creators to plan, develop, and execute content that drives engagement. Using data-driven insights, you'll optimize content strategy and grow our brand presence.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute platform-specific campaign strategies that support GTM initiatives
- Oversee content ideation, planning, creation, and distribution across all channels
- Manage the social media and community calendars
- Generate performance reports and data-insights
- Optimize social media and community activity based on KPIs
- Manage relationships with creators and influencers in collaboration with our Artist Relations team
- Identify opportunities to grow brand affinity and curate community culture
- Monitor social trends and identify opportunities
- Collaborate with Creative team on creative deliverables, video/photo editing
What You'll Need:
- 3-5+ years experience in social media and community management with experience supporting product launches or GTM initiatives
- A track record of growing brand presence on social platforms
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and how social media fits into the broader marketing funnel
- Experience with social media analytics and KPIs
- Proficiency with social media software (Sprout Social, Google Analytics, Metricool preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Contract Details:
- 40 hours/ week
- 6 month contract
