Objective
The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing & Content Specialist is to create, schedule, and manage marketing content across multiple social media platforms to engage both customers and the wider public.
Accountabilities
- Manage, schedule, and monitor posts across platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Company Website, and Instagram.
- Create and manage the social media calendar.
- Design and manage E-commerce platforms
- Write engaging content and design visually engaging pages for the company's social media sites & company's websites
- Collaborate with the sales and vending teams to design customized branded visual material; highlighting our unique service offerings.
- Edit and repurpose photos and video clips from local events to highlight our community involvement.
- Execute and track social media campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify best practices
- Conduct keyword research and supporting SEO initiatives.
- Assist in designing content for communicating internal and external company events.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field
- 3-5 years in a marketing related role.
- Strong ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Capacity to develop creative and engaging campaigns and content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
