Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to lead and support their online marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns, managing website content through CMS tools, and driving SEO/SEM strategies to enhance visibility and traffic. The ideal candidate will create and optimize content for search engines, analyze campaign performance, and contribute to lead generation through marketing automation and CRM tools. Staying informed on digital trends and continuously optimizing performance are key aspects of this role.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising
- Maintain and update the company website using CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and web traffic
- Write and brief SEO-optimized news articles and blog posts
- Identify relevant keywords and search terms to inform content strategies
- Edit meta tags, headers, and alt texts, ensuring all content is optimized for search engines
- Monitor and analyze content, SEO, and SEA performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Develop strategies to secure high-quality backlinks
- Optimize website structure, page speed, and mobile performance for improved search ranking
- Co-manage Google Ads campaigns and track performance through analytics tools (particularly Google Analytics)
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Support lead generation and nurturing initiatives using marketing automation and CRM platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing or a similar role
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEA with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Search Console
- Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and CMS platforms—preferably WordPress
- Familiarity with email marketing and automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Creative mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
