We are seeking a visionary Head of Creative & Content Marketing to lead our brand storytelling, visual identity, and content strategy that scales inbound demand. This role will be responsible for driving the creative direction of the company, shaping how we engage with audiences across all touchpoints—digital, print, social, video, and more. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to bring high-impact, brand-aligned campaigns to life.

This is a visible, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of brand, content, and customer experience.

What would you do if hired?

Website Performance Leadership

Own the website experience as the most visible representation of the company value proposition for all Celigo prospects, customers, partners, and stakeholders.
Scale website performance as a key growth contributor to the business, driving alignment on key metrics, inspection and diagnosis of trends, experimentation and testing for conversion, and overall performance.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to the team member dedicated to website performance

Content Marketing Leadership

Develop and execute a content strategy that drives brand awareness, thought leadership, engagement, SEO, and lead generation.
Oversee content creation across blog, social media, video, email, landing pages, whitepapers, and webinars.
Partner with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, and Sales to ensure content supports the entire buyers’ journey.

Creative Strategy & Execution

Lead creative ideation and execution for multi-channel marketing campaigns, product launches, brand initiatives, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Own the creative vision and ensure all visual and written communications reflect the brand’s identity, voice, and values.
Organize the design team to meet SLAs for day-to-day projects, flex capacity for large-scale projects, enable the marketing team efficiency with templates and tools, and leverage AI to scale design capabilities with quality.
Manage internal and external creative resources, including agencies and freelancers.
Create and manage brand guidelines and toolkits.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing creative and content team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and People teams to understand all aspects of the company's brand value.
Advocate for the power of storytelling and design within the organization.

Who are we looking for?

Skills & Abilities

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling across various formats and channels.
Deep understanding of marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and buyer journeys.
Strong project management skills; comfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.

Education & Experience

8+ years of experience in content marketing, brand, or creative leadership roles.
Proven experience leading teams in a high-growth B2B environment.
Experience with content and design tools (e.g., Figma, WordPress, CMS platforms, marketing automation tools).
Experience with SEO and content analytics platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
Background in both startup and enterprise environments.
Familiarity with video production and motion design.
Understanding of localization and global content strategy.

Celigo reasonably expects to pay a base salary between $XYZ and $XYZ per year for this position. Actual starting base pay will be determined by skills, experience, geographic location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, benefits, or other perks as outlined in any formal employment offer made.
