Role Overview
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Associate with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in brand marketing within beauty, CPG, or digital marketing. This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who thrives at the intersection of creativity and strategy. You will play a key role in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth across digital and retail channels.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Execution
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential channels.
- Manage day-to-day brand marketing initiatives in alignment with the marketing calendar.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, e-commerce, social, and retention teams to ensure brand consistency and cohesive storytelling.
- Assist with the creation of marketing briefs and coordinate campaign deliverables from concept through completion.
Content & Asset Management
- Manage the digital asset library and ensure all teams and partners have access to up-to-date creative and marketing materials.
- Oversee the refresh and deployment of new creative assets for paid ads, website, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with design and social teams to ensure content aligns with brand standards and performance goals.
Market Research & Competitive Insights
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify industry trends, consumer insights, and competitive opportunities.
- Provide data-backed recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving performance across key platforms (Shopify, TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, making actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Project Coordination
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to manage timelines, deliverables, and post-campaign evaluations.
- Support the planning and execution of trade shows, influencer activations, and brand partnerships.
Digital Marketing Support
- Assist in optimizing digital channels, including website updates, SEO, email, SMS, and affiliate marketing programs.
- Collaborate with the e-commerce and retention teams to ensure brand alignment and enhance customer experience across touchpoints.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing within beauty, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, social, SEO, and influencer marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite; basic video or graphic editing skills preferred.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and familiarity with Amazon or TikTok Shop is a plus.
- A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset with a passion for beauty and brand storytelling.
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000
