The Marketing & Partnership Coordinator will be a vital member of Woodward Park City’s Marketing Department, supporting brand awareness through B2B and local marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role requires strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. The candidate should be adaptable and collaborative in managing programs and processes.

The Marketing & Partnership Coordinator's key responsibilities:
- Outbound Sales and Lead Generation: Re-structure and manage a turn-key B2B partnerships program that drives visitation and brand awareness. Target sectors will include (but not be limited to) Park City and Salt Lake City lodging, retail, transportation, and school groups.
- Athlete Partner Liaison: Assist in the annual athlete strategy for WWPC, identifying when and how partner athletes and/or influencers will be used to further the objectives of the annual marketing plan.
- Partnership Marketing: oversee execution of partnership marketing initiatives, ensuring deliverables for partners are maximized and completed on time, and within budget. Innovate and introduce new concepts that leverage our partnerships.
- Creative Asset Production, Coordination, and Management: Oversee the creation and production of creative assets on-site, including signage and miscellaneous printed collateral. Ensure projects adhere to brand standards and the identified budget. The candidate should be comfortable and proficient in proofreading and some basic copywriting.
- Communications Management and PR, Communications Support: Oversee the WWPC marketing inbox and ensure timely responses and communications with the appropriate marketing team members. Coordinate on-site media hosting.
- Play Forever Representative: Manage the WWPC Play Forever initiatives, driving impact and awareness of POWDR Corp’s Play Forever projects through events like Friday non-profit collaboration.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
Required:
- 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
- Active participation in action sports and knowledge of key athletes, brands, and events preferred.
- Comfortable in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
- Working knowledge of social media and video hosting sites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Comfort working in an outdoor, all-season environment.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Cross-departmental collaboration experience is a plus.
- Passion for and experience in the action sports industry preferred.
- Skills in Adobe Suite are a bonus.
