Lettuce Entertain You Restaurants is looking for a Divisional Email Marketing Specialist with 3 years of marketing manager experience. The ideal candidate needs to have a deep understanding of CRM systems and email marketing; must be able to manage customer databases, segment audiences, and create targeted email campaigns to drive guest engagement and loyalty. Responsibilities
- Plan, design and execute Lettuce Entertain You (LEYE) email marketing program
- Collaborate with corporate and restaurant marketing leadership to create email marketing campaigns
- Create, write, direct, review and approve email content and collaborate with designers on creative briefs
- Write copy both individually and in collaboration with the divisional marketing team
- Collaborate with data analysts to develop and implement personalization strategies to segment and target for email campaigns
- Work closely with restaurant, divisional and brand marketing managers on initiatives
- Manage and ensure compliance with all state and country email laws and regulations as required
- Track and analyze both direct and interactive email marketing campaigns
- Model and promote teamwork across all teams
- Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees, and respond with patience and courtesy
- Work a variety of days and shifts (including early mornings, late nights and weekends) at multiple sites with or without overnight travel, as needed
- Move and lift up to 10 pounds, frequently move and/or lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally move and/or lift up to 10 pounds
