We are currently seeking an E-Commerce/Catalog & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Senville.
Responsibilities
- Manage product catalogs across various e-commerce platforms, including our own website, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and eBay.
- Oversee the product catalog and publishing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of product data.
- Coordinate promotions across platforms in line with tentpole events.
- Prepare, analyze, and present merchandising reports, reviewing performance to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making.
- Work with the marketing coordinator to improve product images and listing content.
- Manage and grow Senville’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote products, campaigns, and brand awareness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 5 years of e-commerce experience.
- 3 years of experience working with Shopify or BigCommerce.
- 3 years of experience with third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company is an asset.
