The Director of Growth and Marketing is responsible for architecting and managing the company's growth engine. This leadership role is focused on building the long-term systems, processes, and documentation required to elevate our brand and create predictable pathways for client engagement. This person will lead the systematic execution of our brand strategy, develop the procedural framework for GTM (Go-To-Market) plans, and own the data and platforms that connect our message with new and existing clients.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Brand & Platform Strategy: Architect the definitive marketing strategy for our core service platform. Systematically manage all brand assets, messaging, and collateral, ensuring documented consistency across all channels.
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and document the end-to-end process for GTM strategy, from market research to launch and post-launch analysis. Methodically execute these plans for new geographic markets and innovative service lines.
- Client Acquisition: Design, build, and document scalable campaigns to create a measurable, repeatable process for client acquisition.
- Client Relationship Marketing: Institute a structured marketing program for current clients, ensuring regular, value-based communication about services and opportunities that enhance their partnership with us.
- Event & Community Marketing: Establish and manage the master plan for all events, developing a predictable calendar and process for engaging executive-level organizations and networks.
- Executive Thought Leadership: Build a content "factory" and distribution system to produce and disseminate key executive insights on emerging technology, security, and business process.
- Sales Alignment: Serve as the primary process owner for marketing-sales alignment. Systematically build and maintain sales enablement materials and own the technical and procedural integrity of the lead handoff.
- Marketing Operations & Measurement: Manage the company's marketing technology platforms as a system of record. Be responsible for data hygiene, process automation, and the delivery of detailed ROI reports.
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years' B2B marketing experience, with a required focus on technology solutions or professional services.
- Expert-level proficiency in building and managing modern marketing automation and CRM platforms is required.
- Demonstrable experience designing and documenting the processes for launching or rebranding new products/services.
- Experience creating structured, repeatable GTM plans for new market entry.
- Proven ability to build systems for marketing to a senior-level/executive audience.
- Expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and digital marketing.
Education Requirements
- Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Preferred Qualification: Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Master’s in Digital Marketing/Data Analytics.
