**Position is on-site in Irving, TX, Monday - Friday**
Job Purpose:
The Marketing Manager will serve as the email specialist for multiple brands, building and sending campaigns in Klaviyo. They will expand and maintain automated flows to drive lifecycle performance and list health. Success requires high attention to detail, strong copywriting instincts, mastery of email best practices and intermediate design skills to keep templates consistent and on brand. The role also maintains brand websites, ensuring product, promo, and other content stay current. Adding new products to the sites will be a regular responsibility.

Summary of Essential Job Duties:
- Develop digital marketing strategies and plans for key brands in GSM's portfolio
- Assist in the execution of marketing tactics across web, email, SMS and other channels
- Create emails in email marketing tools (ie. Klaviyo) which involves image editing, copy writing and basic HTML
- Monitor performance against budget numbers and set KPIs
- Own & Automate Klaviyo campaigns across multiple brands
- Build, send, and maintain list health and on-brand templates
- Update WordPress/BigCommerce sites by adding products and keeping content accurate
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements

Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce or related field or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of or previous experience in the Hunting, Fishing and Outdoors industry is an asset.
- Deep working knowledge of Klaviyo (segmentations, automations, and deliverability)
- Site upkeeping in WordPress, BigCommerce/Shopify
- Elementor experience is a plus
- Mobile app/subscription marketing email
