Experior Financial Group Inc. is looking for a Social Media & Email Manager owns social channel execution and prospective agent email nurture within the Digital group. This role bridges creative storytelling and performance-driven distribution, adapting content from Content & Creative into platform-optimized posts and high-converting email campaigns, while collaborating with Field Marketing and Agent Success to coordinate messaging. Key priorities include building scalable systems, driving agent engagement on social channels, and evaluating new marketing automation and social management tools to support rapid growth.

Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and develop a team of two through coaching, delegation, and regular feedback
- Set clear goals and priorities aligned with Digital and marketing objectives
- Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and scalable execution
Social Media Optimization & Distribution
- Adapt content from Content & Creative into platform-specific posts for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok, writing hooks, captions, metadata, and designing thumbnails optimized for each channel's algorithm and audience behavior
- Manage editorial calendars, publishing workflows, and A/B testing frameworks to maximize reach, and engagement
- Execute community management: moderate comments, engage with prospective and current agents, enforce brand safety protocols, and coordinate crisis response when needed
- Develop and distribute social content that enable 12,000+ agents to share brand-approved posts supporting their own recruiting and client acquisition efforts
- Drive agent engagement strategies to transform agents from passive followers into active participants who comment, share, and amplify Experior content within their networks
Email Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Build prospective agent email nurture campaigns. Develop segmentation by experience level, engagement stage, and behavioral triggers
- Collaborate with Agent Success on unified email calendar to avoid messaging overlap
- Run multivariate testing on subject lines, send times, and CTAs to optimize conversions
- Manage database hygiene, segmentation, and compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR)
- Evaluate and recommend new marketing automation platforms to replace in-house tools
Analytics, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Track social and email KPIs, translating metrics into actionable insights for Content, Field, and Success teams
- Partner with Marketing Ops on UTM taxonomy, tracking infrastructure, and dashboards
- Provide performance feedback to Content & Creative on what formats drive strongest results
- Evaluate social management tools for multi-platform scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5+ years managing social media and email marketing at scale, preferably in high-growth, tech-forward, or network-driven environments is required
- 2+ years of people management experience, including coaching, delegation, and team development is required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (written, spoken, and reading) is required
- Experience in financial services, insurance, direct sales, or network marketing environments where peer-to-peer dynamics and agent enablement are central to growth is an asset
- Proven ability to optimize content for platform-specific algorithms and audience behaviors across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Deep experience with email marketing automation, segmentation, A/B testing, and lifecycle campaign management
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in social analytics tools and email platforms
- Systems thinker who builds scalable processes, comfortable designing workflows, documentation, and playbooks
- Background managing social content distribution programs that empower large networks to amplify branded content
- Experience evaluating and implementing marketing automation platforms and social media management tools
- Comfort with rapid experimentation, iterative testing, and data-driven decision-making in fast-paced environments
- Must reside and be authorized to work in the USA

Salary Rate - $85,000 - $90,000/yr USD
The compensation range reflects a data-driven estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. Individual pay may vary based on geographic location, job related skills, knowledge, experience, education etc.
