We are looking
for a Senior Conversion Rate (CRO) Specialist with at least 2+ years of
hands-on experience.If you’re proactive, data-driven, and bold enough to challenge the
status quo with fresh ideas, we want you on our team. You’ll join a fast-moving team
working across multiple wellness brands, where continuous improvement and
experimentation are at the core of what we do.
Get ready to
- Own and lead all CRO initiatives across our brands - from the idea to execution
- Develop and implement data-backed CRO strategies to boost conversion rates and overall business performance
- Dive into data analysis to understand user behavior and uncover optimization opportunities
- Plan, run, and evaluate A/B tests using our in-house platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and drive continuous improvement
- Report and communicate findings, test results, and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, data-driven way.
- Continuously iterate and innovate
We expect you to
- 2+ years of experience in CRO or similar roles (ideally in product-led or e- commerce environments)
- Have a proven track record of managing CRO initiatives and the CRO team successfully
- Strong understanding of conversion funnels, user behavior analysis, and web performance metrics
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, VWO, or similar
- Have a solid understand of key business metrics: Revenue, LTV, CR, ROAS
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Show exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem- solving
- Bring new ideas to the table and take initiative in testing them
- Effectively manage your time and prioritize tasks based on business impact
- Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken)
Salary
Gross salary range is 3900-5500 EUR/month.
Location
We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.
