City Wide is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to report to the CMO and lead strategic marketing and sales initiatives that drive lead generation, digital presence, and revenue growth across franchisees, national accounts, and franchise development teams.

Your Mission: As the Director of Demand Generation at City Wide, your mission is to lead the strategic development and execution of marketing and sales initiatives that increase lead generation, enhance digital presence, and drive revenue growth across franchisees, national accounts, and franchise development teams. You will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, manage budgets and performance metrics, and lead the Business Development Center’s outbound calling and appointment setting efforts. Collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Sales, you will ensure seamless execution of demand generation strategies while managing the go-to-market technology stack and marketing automation platforms.

What You’ll Achieve:

You will successfully design and implement multi-channel marketing programs that generate high-quality leads and accelerate the sales pipeline. By leveraging analytics and market insights, you will optimize marketing and sales funnels, deliver measurable revenue growth, and maximize return on investment. Your leadership will enable your team to achieve operational excellence, support franchise growth, and secure stakeholder buy-in for key marketing initiatives. You will also ensure alignment between brand messaging and demand generation efforts, forging strong cross-department partnerships and elevating City Wide’s market presence.

Who You Are:

You bring 7–10 years of digital marketing experience with expertise in ABM, PPC, SEO, email, direct mail, lead scoring, and website management. You are data-driven, results-focused, and skilled at optimizing marketing and sales operations to maximize funnel performance. You possess proven leadership abilities, including hiring and coaching small teams, ideally with experience managing business development centers. Highly organized and strategic, you manage multiple projects with ease and collaborate effectively across departments. Your communication skills are exceptional, with a knack for crafting compelling marketing content. You are proficient with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, CRM systems, marketing automation tools, social media platforms, Google Analytics, and Adobe Suite. A good eye for design and brand standards is a plus, along with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
