As we continue this growth journey, we have an exciting opportunity for a talented Direct Marketing Specialist to join the team focusing on Member Retention.
What You'll Be Doing | Mō te Tūranga
As Direct Marketing Specialist, Member Retention you’ll focus on developing and optimising communications and data-driven initiatives that reduce Member churn. This role is hands-on in campaign delivery, with a strong emphasis on direct-to-Member activity and a specific focus on keeping our Members sticky, through management of retention initiatives including the end-to-end renewal communications programme. You’ll use data and customer insights to introduce new communications and optimise performance, contributing to the continuous improvement of revenue and service-related experience touchpoints. The Member Retention Marketing team sit at the intersection of marketing operations, commercial lifecycle management, and Member support, playing a key role in bringing our Member Retention strategy to life.
About You | Mōu
You’re an analytically minded, performance-focused direct marketing professional, experienced in managing retention or lifecycle campaign activity. You enjoy bringing fresh ideas to the table and are experienced in using data and insights to drive effective decision-making. You'll have a high level of attention to detail, strong communication and presentation skills, be highly organised, and excel at building relationships across teams. A background in marketing with relevant qualifications and experience within the New Zealand business environment is essential. You’ll be self-motivated, adaptable, and focused on delivering measurable results, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced setting while collaborating closely with others to achieve business goals.
