What you'll do:

Lead and execute the brand marketing strategy, including conceiving campaign ideas, content plans, partnerships, and special events.
Oversee digital projects and the development of CRM strategies, ensuring synergy across multiple platforms.
Manage the creation of marketing assets in collaboration with agency and freelance partners, maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and ensure cohesive campaign connectivity.
Uphold brand integrity by working closely with stakeholders to protect our visual identity and storytelling standards.
Innovate and bring experiential events and partnerships to life, ensuring they strategically reflect the brand’s unique heritage and future ambitions.

Who you are:

Extensive experience in brand and content marketing, preferably within media, entertainment, or related creative sectors.
Hands-on project management skills complemented by a creative spark and a proactive approach.
Comfortable with digital marketing, understanding the interplay between brand identity and audience engagement.
Strong leadership qualities, capable of inspiring and guiding a team.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
