- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with promotional initiatives and business objectives

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a content creator or social media specialist (2+ years)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for detail
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content creation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO best practices
- Video editing skills are essential
