Job Description: Growth Marketing Specialist, Supermom
Location: Singapore (covering Southeast Asia)
Reports to: B2C Marketing Manager
About Supermom
Supermom is a fast-growing martech startup — and one of only 14 Singaporean companies featured on the 2025 Forbes Asia “100 to Watch” list — connecting brands with millions of parents across Southeast Asia.
Our mission is to support modern parents through trusted communities, authentic content, and meaningful experiences. Beyond community and content, we’re also building the future of parenting with AI-powered tools like MomGenie, the world’s first AI parenting companion.
By combining data, technology, and empathy, we help parents find clarity, confidence, and connection in their parenting journey. If you’re excited about how creativity and technology can come together to make a real difference, Supermom is the place for you.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist with 2–4 years’ experience, to drive user acquisition and engagement across the entire Supermom ecosystem — including MomGenie, our parenting communities, and digital platforms.
You will experiment across multiple channels, build scalable growth loops, and collaborate with Content, CRM, Product, Community, and Performance Marketing teams to grow our user base across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a data-driven marketer who loves testing, learning, and finding creative ways to accelerate user growth.
What You’ll Do
1. Full-Funnel Growth & User Acquisition
- Drive user acquisition and activation across all Supermom platforms (app, web, community, AI chat on WhatsApp).
- Build and optimise multi-channel campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, CRM, partnerships, community) to deliver consistent growth.
- Own and track key metrics across the funnel — awareness, sign-ups, activation, engagement, retention.
2. Experimentation & Optimization
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests on creatives, audiences, landing pages, offers) to identify scalable growth levers.
- Continuously optimise campaigns for key metrics: CTR, CVR, CPI/CAC, retention and engagement.
- Help maintain and prioritise a simple experiment backlog/roadmap with clear hypotheses, success metrics and learnings.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product to optimise onboarding, engagement flows, and referral programs.
- Work with CRM on lifecycle campaigns that convert new users into active, loyal members.
- Collaborate with Content & Community teams to design messages and activations that resonate with parents across life stages.
- Align closely with Performance Marketing to integrate paid media learnings into the broader growth strategy.
4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Firebase, Mixpanel or similar) to track funnel performance and campaign impact.
- Build and update simple dashboards or regular reports, highlighting what’s working, what’s not, and recommended next steps.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and market trends in parenting, apps and AI, and propose new ideas based on what you see.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years’ experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing — ideally in a consumer app, martech, or digital-first brand.
- Hands-on experience running paid and organic campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency with analytics and experimentation tools; confident interpreting data and presenting insights.
- Creative problem-solver who’s comfortable testing new ideas and iterating fast.
- Collaborative and proactive — thrives in a cross-functional, regional environment.
- A genuine interest in AI, community-led brands, and technology that improves everyday life.
What You’ll Gain
- A front-row seat in scaling one of Southeast Asia’s most exciting AI-driven parent ecosystems.
- Real ownership of campaigns and experiments that directly impact user growth.
- Mentorship from experienced Growth, CRM, and Product Marketing leaders.
- Regional exposure across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- A meaningful career where creativity and technology make a real difference.
