We are seeking a dynamic Email Marketing Executive to design and execute multi-channel campaigns, leverage automation, and optimize performance through data-driven insights. The candidate will play a key role in driving engagement, improving lead conversion, and contributing to overall pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute campaigns across email, digital ads, content syndication, webinars, events, and social platforms.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, including audience segmentation, content coordination, A/B testing, landing pages, and scheduling.
- Track and optimize performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
- Create and manage automated nurture programs and workflows, including drip campaigns, retargeting, and account-based initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance, providing insights to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion.
- Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with Sales to hand off qualified leads and align on follow-up strategies.
- Work with Product Marketing and Content teams to ensure campaigns reflect positioning and go-to-market strategy.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRMs, or campaign analytics tools is a plus.
