We are currently seeking a Coordinator, Fast AVOD Growth & Strategy to join our Partner Management & Strategy team based in our New York, New York Headquarters.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with the team on creative planning for earned and performance marketing campaigns across FAST and AVOD distribution partners
- Own the end-to-end asset request and management process, aligning with Brand team, tracking required deliverables, reviewing for accuracy and delivering in a timely manner
- Work cross-functionally with key internal stakeholders, such as Programming, Brand Marketing and more for campaign deliverables
- Support strategy and creative development of monthly marketing materials
- Lead project management for partner marketing related tasks, tracking timelines, deliverables and approvals
- Provide marketing support for FAST-only distribution partners, ensuring seamless alignment with broader marketing efforts
- Other administrative tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partner marketing, or project coordination—preferably in media, entertainment, or digital content.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage assets and deliverables across multiple platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management platforms (e.g., Airtable).
The base compensation range for this position is $48,000 to $53,000 commensurate with experience.
