Position Summary
We are seeking a world-class Marketing Director to lead all aspects of our marketing strategy and execution. This role is strictly focused on marketing. The Marketing Director will develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, optimize paid media, drive email engagement, and build innovative promotional strategies for our brands, events, and client partnerships. This position requires a strategic leader who is both data-driven and creatively inspired.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, paid ads, social, video, influencer collaborations) that drive measurable results for TatumStore.com, ShinergyLife.com, PureChoiceApparel.com, and client brands.
- Build and manage a comprehensive email marketing program, including segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.
- Lead the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Collaborate with design, content, and video teams to create marketing materials that support merchandise drops, interviews, podcasts, and live events.
- Drive brand awareness and engagement for The Officer Tatum’s media presence, including promotion of appearances, speaking engagements, and partnerships.
- Provide marketing strategy and execution support for clients and influencers within our network.
- Establish and track KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to evaluate campaign performance and guide decision-making.
- Conduct market and audience research to identify trends, opportunities, and innovative approaches.
- Oversee brand consistency across all campaigns and communications.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of building and scaling marketing campaigns for e-commerce, consumer brands, or digital media.
- Strong expertise in paid media strategy and execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, TikTok).
- Demonstrated success in email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Experience leading creative campaign development for merchandise, events, or influencer-driven content.
- Analytical mindset with strong knowledge of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Looker, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Entrepreneurial, innovative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience).
- Performance Bonus: Up to 20% annually, based on achievement of KPIs such as ROI, customer growth, event success, and client satisfaction.
