Marketing Operations Specialist
Purpose
The Marketing Operations Specialist is a highly organized and technically-inclined position that bridges the gap between marketing strategy and execution, leveraging technology to streamline processes, optimize campaigns, and ensure our marketing efforts drive measurable results. This position centers around the careful, deliberate, imaginative, and serious undertaking of defined marketing tasks. A successful Marketing Operations Specialist is technical yet creative and uses meticulous planning to ensure tasks are done accurately.
Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this position include the following:

Execute updates to company website, PowerPoint decks, messaging templates, and Sales Support collateral.

Support the maintenance of our core marketing technology stack to ensure data hygiene, efficient processes, and troubleshoot technical issues by collaborating with Sales, IT, and other teams as needed.

Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across channels (email, social media, events, etc.), including building Workflows and Sequences in HubSpot, adhering to timelines.

Track and analyze marketing performance data, including KPIs such as conversion rates, MQL to SQL conversion rate, customer acquisition costs, and ROI.

Create marketing reports and dashboards in HubSpot to visualize data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Contribute to the automation of repetitive marketing tasks, leveraging HubSpot’s automation capabilities.

Support Events Manager with shipping/receiving and maintaining swag inventory.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
In most cases, work will be performed in a climate-controlled office space. If approved for remote work, employees may work from a home office that is appropriate for focused work without distractions; all remote work must comply with the Remote Work and Access Policy.
Travel
Occasional travel is required for key conferences and trade shows.
Physical Demand
This role will require using a computer for long periods of time while sitting or standing. This role will also require receiving, inventorying, and shipping conference supplies and customer gifts, and setup of tradeshow booths.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position for five, eight-hour days (at least 40 hours) per week. Typical workdays begin at 8:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and include a one-hour lunch break.
